A CCSR seminar programme funded by ESRC under the 1997 Seminar Competition and with further sponsorship from The Post Office
The overall goal of this seminar programme was to realise a self-sustaining UK research community concerning the social and ethical impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) application. The research community informs practice and policy, contributes on a global stage and responds collectively to research opportunities and requests.
