Registration and Accommodation
Conference Registration starts on Tuesday 18:00 - at least 21:00. The registration desk will be next to the Ritsos and Panagoulis rooms. From Wednesday to Friday the secretariat will be open from 09:00 - 17:30
Conference Fees
The Conference registration fee includes participation in all Conference sessions, refreshment breaks, Conference proceedings, and one ticket for the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

At least one author per paper should be registered.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received in writing by January 31, 2004 will be refunded, less 75 Euro (€), which will be deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between February 1st, 2004 and March 31, 2004. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2004.

Room reservations should be made directly with the hotels.
Reduced hotel rates have been agreed with the Conference hotels. Please note that the hotels will accept reservations at the special Conference rates, only when you identify yourself as an "ETHICOMP 2004 Conference Participant"
