Registration Fees

IMPORTANT: Before you make the bank transfer of the registration fee, please fill the online registration form. At the end of the process you will receive a confirmation and a registration code. Please, do not forget to write this code in the subject of the bank transfer.

¹Students must prove their status by showing the student IDs at the registration desk at the Conference.

The registration fee includes all conference sessions, refreshments and lunches, the conference banquet, one copy of the proceedings and activities of the conference.

Delegates can also buy extra tickets for the banquet at €65.00 Euro each.

All payments MUST be made in euro and free of bank charges.

Please Note: The online registration form will require you to provide invoice details such as your social security number. Feel free to include any of this information however it is only necessary if you need these details included in your invoice. If you do not need an invoice then you can keep the invoice details section in the form empty.
