Tutorials having less than 20 participants, may be cancelled. In which case the amount paied will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

The following terms apply for the Conference, Tutorials and Social Dinner

substitutions (in terms of delegates or different provided services) can be accepted at any time;
for cancellations made up to September 20, 1999: 10% of the amount paid will be due;
the total amount is due from September 21, 1999.

All cancellations or substitutions must be notified in writing.

Reduced hotel rates have been agreed with the Conference hotels. Please note that the hotels will accept reservations at the special Conference rates, only when you identify yourself as an "ETHICOMP 99 Conference Participant"
