Abstract.
The Present paper provides a brief overview of the new field of Computer Ethics, including some attempts to define it and some sample areas of study. But Computer Ethics is rapidly evolving into a broader and even more important field: Global Information Ethics, so this paper also identifies some the emerging global issues that result from the Information Revolution.
